BJ's Pick Up in-club area is a dedicated spot in-Club, separate from the Member Services desk, where Members can retrieve their Pick Up in-club orders.
- We do this to help speed up the pickup process.
- Members can either use their BJ's app or a tablet at the kiosk to check in. A Team Member will get a notification and get the order ready.
How do I use the Pick Up in-club area?
- Access the Pick Up in-club area by opening In-Club Mode, found at the bottom of the screen in your BJ's app.
- In-Club Mode is available when you are inside certain Clubs that have these capabilities.
