To recover a forgotten password:
- Mouse over the "Sign in" icon at the top right side of the homepage
- Click "Sign in" from the drop-down menu
- Click the (in red font) "Having trouble signing in?" link
- Select the radio button for "Forgot Password" OR "Forgot Email" and click "Continue"
- Enter the email address that is associated with your BJ's account and click "Continue".
- Alternatively, if you are requesting your login email, you will be asked for your membership number, first and last name.
Note: If you do not have your membership number, you will be asked for additional information to confirm your identity. - You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
The link to reset your password expires within 30 minutes upon request. Please make sure you check any junk mail folders if you did not receive it.
Please note: If you are on a VPN and sign in is not working, please disconnect from the VPN and try again.
