If you upgrade to BJ's Club+ Card, you will not receive a new physical membership card automatically. Physical cards are not mailed. If you would like an updated card printed, you can visit the Member Services desk in any BJ’s Club and a team member will print one for you at no additional cost.
Your supplemental members may continue using their current physical membership cards. If they prefer a newly printed card, they can also visit Member Services in club.
If you sign up for a BJ’s One™ Mastercard® or BJ’s One+™ Mastercard®, you will receive the Mastercard® in the mail. The barcode on the back of the card can be scanned in club whenever you are prompted for your membership card. This allows you to shop even if you have not picked up a physical membership card in club.
Any authorized buyers on your BJ’s One™ Mastercard® account will receive their own cards in the mail as well. They can use the barcodes on the backs of their cards when scanning their membership information in club.
