BJ’s does not mail physical membership cards. All physical cards must be picked up in club. If you recently became a member and do not have your card yet, your options are below.
1. Pick up a physical membership card in club
Visit the Member Services desk at any BJ’s Club to get your physical membership card printed. A team member will verify your information and provide your card. Please bring a valid photo ID.
2. Use Your Virtual Membership Card
You can start shopping before picking up your physical card by using the virtual membership card in the BJ’s App or shopping on BJs.com!
How to Access Your Virtual Membership Card
Download the BJ’s App from the App Store or Google Play.
Create your online digital account or sign in if you already have one.
From the Home tab, tap the Account Center image in the top right corner.
Your virtual membership card will appear in the bottom right corner of the Account Center screen and can be scanned at checkout.
Note: The virtual card works the same as the physical card, so you can use it to shop and access your membership benefits right away.
