Be sure to fill out the form with:
- Your contact information
- The Club where you will be picking up the order
- The date/time you would like to pick up the order
Ordering a Party Platter:
- Select the ring(s), platter(s) or sub(s) you would like to order and then select the quantity for each.
- Pick the time you'd like to pick up your order in-Club.
- Submit the order.
