Yes. Any alcohol items in your order will be included in the minimum order calculation for Same-Day Select delivery for orders where there is an active Same-Day Select package.
If your selected alcohol items are out of stock and a suitable substitution can be identified, you may be prompted to approve a substitution. We will not substitute for another product without your approval. We cannot substitute alcohol for a cancelled item that did not originally contain alcohol.

Delivery
If no one is home to receive the order, the driver may (at their discretion) leave some items unattended at the delivery address. Alcohol and high-value items will not be left. You will receive an automatic refund for any items that were not delivered, but you will not be refunded for the delivery fee or tip.

By law BJ’s may not deliver alcohol to a recipient who is visibly intoxicated or whose ID cannot be validated. Other state and local liquor laws may also apply – for example, the delivery driver may be required to scan your ID with an electronic device or obtain your signature. All delivery drivers are trained to perform these checks and ensure compliance with these requirements. Returns
Generally, all alcohol sales are final. However, if the alcohol product was expired or defective as of the purchase date, you may bring the item to your club to see if a return or exchange is permitted.
