Sometimes tracking information lists packages as "delivered" although in some instances you may not have received the merchandise yet.
Most of these instances occur when the freight carrier classifies the package as "delivered" when they hand the package off to a local delivery agent. In these cases, the local delivery agent should be contacting you soon to schedule a delivery.
