You can easily check the status of your BJs.com order by logging into your online account:
- Sign into your BJs.com account.
- Hover the mouse over your name in the top right of the screen and click on "Order History".
- Check Order Details next to the relevant order.
- On the "Order Detail" page, a tracking number and shipping method will be available once the order has shipped.
After the order ships, you will also receive an email from BJ's with a tracking number. Follow the link in that email to the carrier's Web site to track your delivery OR contact the carrier directly to track your order.
If you chose the Pick Up In-Club method, first confirm the location of the club where your order was picked and then check on the order's pick-up availability times.
