To cancel an order placed on BJs.com:
- Sign in.
- Hover the cursor over [your name] and click on "Order History" from the dropdown menu.
- Find the item you wish to cancel, and click on the "Order Details" button on the right
- Click on the "Cancel Order" button near the center of the page, or “Cancel Item” button if you wish to cancel a particular item in your order
- Select a "Reason for Cancellation" from the dropdown menu
- Click the "Continue" button
- You will receive a Cancellation Confirmation email
NOTE: If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you can request a cancellation; however, you might not receive an immediate confirmation (in fact, it may take a while). If your order has already shipped, it is unfortunately too late to cancel the order.
