You can return an item(s) purchased on BJs.com to any BJ's Club location or follow these steps for eligible items:
- Go to your Order History in your BJs.com online account and select the order you want to return.
- If the item is eligible for return, you’ll see a “Return Order” button in red.
Note: If the button is grayed out, online returns are not available for that item. In this case, you can return it in-club or by contacting BJs Member Care by Chat or sending us an email at customercare@bjs.com for assistance. - Select the items you want to return, provide a return reason, and adjust quantities if needed.
- Choose your return method and drop-off location.
- Review your return details and click Submit.
- If you select "ship it back," you’ll receive a prepaid return label and a shipping-initiated email to the original email address on your order. Follow the instructions in the email to return your item.
Please ship your return within 30 days.
Refunds will be issued once we receive your return, and it may take 3 – 5 business days to appear in your statement. Rewards will be returned within 3 business days.
Please note: For certain large or high-value items, returns must be made in-club for a refund or exchange
