If your package requires a signature, please inspect it carefully before signing:
For BJs.com orders: If you find damaged or defective parts after accepting the package, you can initiate a return through the Order History page in your BJs.com account for eligible items.
For Same-Day Delivery orders: If there are issues with your Same-Day Delivery order, follow the same process to initiate a return through your Order History on BJs.com.
For in-club Pickup orders: If you pick up your order at a BJ's Club location and find it damaged, you can initiate a return through your Order History page or return it in-club.
